About Enfield
Enfield is the central town that gives its name to the wider Enfield borough, sitting across the EN1, EN2, EN3, N14 and N21 postcodes at the northern reach of Greater London. As an established district with deep roots and strong rail and road links, it draws sellers from connected sibling areas such as Bush Hill Park, Chase Village, Enfield Highway, Enfield Town, Forty Hill and Grange Park.
Detached and semi-detached houses sit alongside listed homes, maisonettes, ex-council flats, purpose-built apartments and garages across the local streets. An estate-agent timeline here is rarely predictable, with lease length, the condition of older listed stock and the length of the onward chain all influencing how long a marketed property takes to complete.
We’ve been operating since 2003, buying flats and houses across Enfield and the rest of the Enfield borough for more than two decades. Membership of The Property Ombudsman (membership D12463) keeps us tied to an independent code of practice. We don’t charge commission, there are no hidden fees and there is no chain to navigate.
