About Edgware
A long-established town on the north-western edge of Barnet, Edgware spans the HA8, HA7 and NW9 postcodes and has been continuously inhabited for centuries, evolving from rural settlement into the predominantly suburban district seen today. It shares boundaries with Burnt Oak, Colindale, The Hale, Grahame Park and Edgware Bury, with the Northern line tube providing the spine for most of the housing pattern.
Stock varies from inter-war semi-detached homes and bungalows to mansion blocks and post-war flats clustered near the high street. Sale timelines through estate agents in this area can be unpredictable, with lease length on flats, the condition of older terraces and the position of any onward chain often dictating how a deal progresses.
Established in 2003, LDN Properties has spent more than two decades buying flats and houses across Edgware and throughout the rest of the borough. Membership of The Property Ombudsman (membership D12463) means we operate under an enforceable industry code, and our purchases involve no commission, no estate agency fees and no chain to hold proceedings up.
